of Using bk8rp

1. Acceptance of Terms Must Read

By registering, logging in or using any part of the bk8rp platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using our platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

The bk8rp platform is only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation or court order in force in your area of residence from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, company or other entity.
• Not included on any active self-exclusion list at any recognised gambling platform.
• Fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

bk8rp reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Users found not to meet these eligibility requirements may be subject to account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account in accordance with platform policy.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted only one active account on the bk8rp platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Required information includes full name as shown on the identity card (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, mobile number, active email address and payment method details.

• The username and password chosen are entirely the user's responsibility to keep secure.
• Users must notify bk8rp immediately if there is any unauthorised access to their account.
• bk8rp will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or at any time as required by platform compliance needs.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk8rp platform are processed through the payment methods available and listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered in the name of the account holder. Use of third-party accounts for deposits or receiving withdrawals is not permitted and may result in the transaction being rejected or the account being frozen.

• The minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after a complete and verified request is received.
• bk8rp reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests that do not meet an active bonus wagering requirement will not be processed until that requirement is fulfilled.

All amounts are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Transactions in cryptocurrency will be converted at the current exchange rate at the time of processing by the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bk8rp offers various types of bonuses and promotions to registered users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general conditions stated here.

The bk8rp welcome bonus provides an additional 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings generated from that bonus may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only net winnings are eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Users may not register more than one account to claim the same bonus benefit repeatedly.
• bk8rp reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if any abuse of promotional offers is detected.
• Some games may contribute partially or not at all towards the wagering requirement — these details will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Time limits may apply for meeting the wagering requirement — check the individual bonus terms for further information.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the bk8rp platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

The outcome of a completed game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by bk8rp. Any outcome resulting from a technical failure on the platform's part will be handled fairly in accordance with the current compensation policy.

• Users must ensure their internet connection is stable while playing — bk8rp is not responsible for outcomes affected by issues with the user's connection.
• The use of assistive software, automated bots or any method that manipulates game results is strictly prohibited.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value is a long-term estimate that does not guarantee results for any individual game session.
• bk8rp reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or update purposes without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the bk8rp platform are strictly prohibited from doing or attempting to do any of the following, which are considered serious violations of these terms and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another individual without written authorisation from bk8rp.
• Transferring funds between bk8rp accounts for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using another person's credit card, e-wallet, or bank account information without valid consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Sharing or disclosing account login information to other parties.
• Using software designed to compromise the systems or security of the bk8rp platform.
• Impersonating a bk8rp staff member or representative in communications with other users.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

bk8rp reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any user account at any time with or without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of law enforcement bodies.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bk8rp customer service team via live chat or email. Valid funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the user subject to the relevant verification process.

• Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the platform may do so through the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings.
• An active self-exclusion request cannot be cancelled arbitrarily — the minimum exclusion period is as selected by the user.
• Accounts closed due to a violation of these terms are not eligible for a refund of balances or any accumulated benefits.

9. Limitation of Liability

The bk8rp platform, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes or bets.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bk8rp's control.
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Any cryptocurrency exchange rate differences that affect the value of a transaction.

bk8rp provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted continuity of the service. That said, we always work to keep the platform running smoothly for all users.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

bk8rp reserves the right to amend, improve, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms is always available on this page, and the "Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes made.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the terms in force. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will first be resolved through bk8rp's internal resolution procedure. bk8rp operates under an international licence and complies with the relevant licensing regulations.
